Attorney D. Mitchell Bryant has served East Tennessee since 1987. A Cleveland native and graduate of MTSU and UT College of Law, he founded his firm in 1998 to offer accessible, client-focused legal services.
He represents clients throughout East Tennessee and surrounding areas in State and Federal Courts, including the Tennessee Supreme Court and U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, providing legal services in Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Civil Law, Probate Law, and Mediations. He is also the City Judge for the city of Athens, Tennessee.

Mr. Bryant resides in Riceville with his wife, Becky, and they are active members of Keith United Methodist Church and the Athens Boy Scouts. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing with his sons and supporting the Tennessee Vols and MTSU Blue Raiders.
