I handle both civil and criminal appeals, involving all types of cases, before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals as well as the Tennessee Supreme Court. I also handle Federal Court Appeals in the Sixth Circuit located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Business Litigation

I handle a wide variety of business litigation ranging from simple collection matters to complex breach of contract claims.

Construction Law

I have a wealth of experience dealing with issues involving both residential and commercial construction. I represent both individuals as well as builders.
