Family law involves non-criminal domestic relations. Mr. Bryant practices the following types of family law:

Divorce

We handle all types of divorces, both contested and uncontested, with children and without children, from simple cases with no assets, to those involving long term marriage with retirements, pensions, homes, rental property, etc.

Custody

We handle cases involving temporary custody, paternity actions, etc.

Adoptions

We are proud to help those individuals considering adopting children which involves creation of the parent-child relationship between individuals who are not naturally related.

Modifications

Mr. Bryant represents persons in all types of modifications including parenting plans, custody arrangements and child support.

Mediations

Mediation is a form of alternate dispute resolution. A third party, or the mediator, assists the parties to negotiate their own settlement. I am willing to serve as a mediator in all types of civil cases.
